Statement Savings*

This classic account is perfect for short term savings, rainy day funds and children’s accounts.  Withdrawals are unlimited in person, electronically, at an ATM or by mail. The minimum investment is $100.  Interest accrues daily and is paid quarterly. If your balance falls below $100 during the month, a $3 service fee will be assessed.  There is no monthly service charge on accounts for children under 18, regardless of balance.

Money Market Accounts*

This account is an excellent way to earn market rates of interest and have easy access to your funds by writing checks.  Withdrawals are unlimited in person, electronically, at an ATM or by mail. The minimum investment is $1,000.  Additional deposits can be added to your account at any time.  Interest accrues daily on the minimum daily balance and is paid monthly.  Higher balances earn higher rates of interest.  The $10 monthly service charge will be waived as long as you maintain a minimum balance of $1,000 in your account.

Certificates of Deposit*

Diversify your investment portfolio with a certificate of deposit.  We offer a variety of terms to meet your needs, from 3 months to 10 years.  The minimum investment is $1,000.  Additional deposits of $500 or more may be made at any time on certificate terms less than 3 years.

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)*

Financial experts agree that an IRA continues to be a smart investment.   It will earn tax-deferred interest, help provide for a more comfortable retirement, and may reduce your current taxes.  (For more information or tax advice, please consult your tax advisor.)   We offer Traditional and Roth IRAs with an 18-month fixed rate certificate.  The minimum investment is $100.

Requirements for New Accounts: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law (USA Patriot Act) requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
