NetTeller™ Internet Banking

You can use your personal computer and bank over the Internet anytime it’s convenient for you – safely and securely – and there’s no additional charge.  With NetTeller™ Internet Banking, you can quickly and easily:

  • Check the balances and activity in any of your North Valley Bank accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, IRAs and loans.
  • Transfer funds from your North Valley checking, money market or savings accounts to any of your other accounts.  You can even make loan payments.
  • See and print your account statements.  Your current and most recent account statements are available to provide you with information to help you manage your money.
  • Download transaction information for popular financial software, including Quicken® and Microsoft® Money (current versions).

Safety and Security - NetTeller™ Internet Banking features multiple factor authentication for security to protect the confidentiality and safety of your banking transactions.   All communication between your computer and the bank is encrypted and travels over secure connections.  We also take precautions to make sure no one can gain unauthorized access to our system.   You can only access your account by entering your individual user ID and password and in the event of any unusual activity on your account, you will be asked to verify your identity by answering specific security or "challenge" questions that you pre-selected.

System Requirements – To use NetTeller™ Internet Banking, all you need is a North Valley Bank checking account, an Internet browser capable of supporting 128-bit encryption, and an e-mail address. The NetTeller™ software is compatible with the current and prior major releases of the following browsers:

Note: **The supported browsers above are for use with the traditional online banking interface and devices (desktop/laptop) and do not apply to use with mobile devices (cell phones/tablets). If using a cell phone or tablet to access online banking outside of the GoDough mobile banking application, the functionality and appearances may vary from the traditional interface. 

NetTeller™ i-Pay Bill Pay

You can pay your bills online without writing checks, stuffing envelopes or buying stamps for free. With NetTeller™ i-Pay Bill Pay, you can:

  • Create a personal payee list online and schedule payments to be made on a one-time or recurring basis.  You can make a payment to just about anyone you would normally pay by check.
  • Schedule recurring monthly payments of the same amount for your mortgage, car loan, etc.
  • Schedule one-time or recurring variable payments such as utility bills, credit cards, etc.

GoDough Mobile Banking

Mobile banking at your fingertips. Install North Valley Bank GoDough mobile application from your mobile device (i.e., iTunes or Playstore) and you can verify balances, check recent transaction history, transfer funds between North Valley Bank  accounts and initiate Bill payments (once set up within NetTeller™). Use text command #89549 to enter commands such as BAL, HIST and HELP for quick details on your account.

Safe Deposit Boxes

For a nominal annual rental fee, we provide a safe and secure opportunity to store your valuables. There is a $25 key deposit, refundable if both keys are returned when the box is vacated. We offer our customers a variety of sizes to choose from for your convenience. See Safe Deposit Box Rate page for details.

i-Talk 24-Hour Telephone Banking

With one phone call to 303-255-1312 or toll free 833-541-1712 from any Touch-Tone™ phone, you can:

  • Check your balance and receive recent transactions on your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Verify deposits or other transactions
  • Request statements to be faxed to you
All you need is your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).  (The first time you call, your PIN will be the social security or tax ID number of the person whose name appears first on your account.)

MasterCard® Debit Cards

Our MasterCard® Debit Cards provide 24-hour worldwide access to your account through the STAR® and Plus® networks. There are no fees for unlimited use of North Valley Bank ATMs. Up to 6 transactions (including two withdrawals, two balance inquiries, and two transfers) at other ATMs are free each month. Additional transactions are just $1 each (some institutions may assess surcharge ATM access fees).

Make Purchases without Checks – With a MasterCard® Debit card, you can use your card to make purchases directly from your checking account without writing a check wherever MasterCard® is accepted.
The annual fee for our MasterCard® Debit Card is $15 or free with overdraft protection. 


Combined Account Statements

Simplify your bookkeeping when you have us combine information about your North Valley Bank checking, money market and savings accounts on one easy-to-read monthly statement.  To sign up, just give us a call letting us know which accounts you want to have combined on one statement.

Automatic Loan Payments

Make installment loan payments the convenient way.  Have your payments automatically deducted from your North Valley Bank checking, money market or savings account each month.  Give us a call or send us an E-mail and we will contact you to get the loan payment transfer details.

Automatic Savings

Build your savings the easy way.  Each month we will automatically transfer funds from your checking account into a savings or money market account.  Give us a call to set up how much and how often you would like to make the transfers – then sit back and watch your money grow!

Check Images

Electronic images of your checks are available FREE through NetTeller™. You can print images of any or all of your checks from your own computer anytime you like. 

Electronic Statements (ESI)

Replace your printed paper statements with e-Statements. They are more secure, more convenient, more timely and more responsible.  You can view, print or save your e-Statements online and we'll archive them for you. (But you don't really want to waste more paper by printing them do you?) You can self-enroll through NetTeller™  online banking or see our Personal Bankers if you aren't already signed up for NetTeller™. Electronic Statements are automatically included with your new account. You will receive an email notification (personalized by you) telling you that your monthly statement is ready to view. 

**For your security and to maintain a high level of privacy, please do not send account numbers, social security numbers or any other non-public information through email or fax. Give us your contact information and we will retrieve the vital information through personal contact with you.
